Stuck on B menu/Sim Action Menu for Xbox 360

I'm stuck on that red framed menu during live mode of the game on my xbox 360. What is the quickest way to solve this problem?

Could it be the disc of the game? Does it need to be cleaned? Or is it a problem within the trading I have been doing/ EA server problem.

Hi @lovingdanirae594,

Are you able to do anything before you get stucked on that menu? It might be the controller is not working correctly. You could check that by trying with another controller if you have one.

Were you able to play the game before? Or is this the first time you play it?
