Stuck in Console Mode

Since the Aug 8th patch, and having just downloaded the Mosquito stuff pack, I can no longer use the console. CTRL-SHIFT-C gets in to it just fine, and it lets me type in a cheat. But as soon as I try to exit, I just get stuck with the greyed out screen - game is totally locked up. I disabled custom content and confirmed it is in fact something I have installed that is causing this. I updated MCCC, as that is the only major script mod I use, but that wasn't it. Anyone else having this issue and manage to isolate the mod causing the problem?
