Still having issues with my damn game how the hell do I fix or uninstall

STILL having issues with my game going black and not allowing me to even close it! Do not have the option to repair or anything on that tab except hide! I'm getting very frustrated, this is why I normally just buy the CD and never from a site like this. How do I fix this?! Can't restart the game because I can't even close it I can restart my computer but that does nothing for the game! HOW DO I FIX THIS!!

@Appieloosa  Sims 4 shouldn't still be running after you restart your computer.  Please restart again, clear Origin's cache:

then run a repair.  If you can't repair, let me know.  By the way, you can always open the Task Manager (crtl-alt-delete), find Sims 4, and End Task.  You can do the same with Origin and its background services if you're unable to delete some of the cache files.

If the repair doesn't help, please move you entire Sims 4 user data folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play for a bit.

If you still get the black screen, or any other issues, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
