Sound echoes- restart won´t work

Sims 4 soud problems anyone? Talk and effect sound echoes, like it´s on repeat. Annoying and disturbing, sure I cound take the sounds of, nut kinda spoils the game. Plz help..

Did you try playing around with the sound settings and maybe check for updated drivers ?
