Some items wont download

Hello.

Im having an issue with downloading items I've purchased from Sims 3 Store. 4 pieces of clothing wont download onto the SIms 3 Launcher. I've tried every way possible, meaning installing Firefox, downloading single and together, started & exited game. All the other items ive purchased downloaded, except 4 pieces. My computer is an iMac OS X 10.8.5.

Hoping for help.

What are those ? Are you getting an error message ?

There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

Post the content here

(not exactly sure where they are on mac)
