I haven't played the sims since I was a kid, so I decided to buy the sims 4.  I had to make a origins account, put my code in and started the next step of downloading. My internet get disconnect and logged me out of my account, every time I put my password in it will not take it. Tried to reset my password it, and after an hour or longer still no email. Um not sure where I was that said my email was not valid but my username was. So I made a new account and now it says that the code was already used. So what do I do now?

since you already redeemed the code at the other account, you can't use it again.

 

I would try contacting a game advisor so they can help you with recovering the first account you made.
