Snowy Escape Lifestyles Conflict

I play PC. It's not necessarily specific to PC though. More general issue-

With the addition of lifestyles with Snowy Escape and the subsequent patch, we also got new emotions to go with them. The example I'll give here is also the problem i'm having personally but I know not the only one i've experienced. 

My sim got the Energetic Lifestyle. She got it naturally through working out a lot. 

She's currently losing the Energetic Lifestyle because she was pregnant and didn't work out. 

In order to get a lifestyle back, she's supposed to do the lifestyle action. In this case working out. 

Because she's losing the Energetic Lifestyle, she has a "Extreme Activity Withdrawal - Uncomfortable +5" buff. 

As a result, she can't work out because she's too uncomfortable. 

Is there a fix to this problem? It seems counterintuitive.

@lacourtastrophe It's indeed a conflic, but there's something you can do. You can swim while pregnant, so go to a gym with a swimming pool or build one in your home. It's only a workaround but considering the pregnancy is only 3 sim days, it's manageable.
