Slow/Laggy Sims 4 [ Edited ]

Would love to know why my game is running slow! The frames are just dropping and I have no idea why. I believe everything is fine. I have my dxdiag attached.

Please help!

There are a lot of unsuccessful attempts to update Windows.
Ran SFC Scannow to fix problems in your system.

Your graphics card drivers are a bit old. Look for new ones for your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Go to the graphic options in the game, see if you have vertical sync enabled, if not turn it on and restart the game. After enabling this option, the game should hold 60 FPS permanently, in case of display problems turn off this option.

Check if you have Afterburner turned off when you play

If it will not work turn off the Internet completely (when you are in the game) Turn off WiFi, unplug the cable and try to play without working internet.
