Slightly messed up game (cc involved)

★★ Novice

Okay, so I've been having this issue for a while but just didn't care enough to ask about it until now. I use custom hair and mods, all of which are up to date with the Seasons patch. All of my hairs have tan streaks in them when in the game, there's a missing action from my computer, and when in world view I can't see my lot's content. The second and third aren't a huge priority of mine but the hair problem needs to be solved. Any help? (idk if this helps but this is my mods folder)

Re: Slightly messed up game (cc involved)

For the option missing I would suggest testing the game without the mods in.

The blonde streak you can try this for:

★★★ Guide
Hi!
Resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling may help you.

If this doesn't help there's can be a problem with mods.

If my answer was helpful or I solved your problem, please leave xp and accept it as a solution.
Thanks!

I just updated my graphics drivers, repaired my game via origin, and then updated origin. Is there a way to find out the source of my issues (most importantly the hair one)

Re: Slightly messed up game (cc involved)

Could you test your game without the CC?
You can just move the folder to a location outside the Electronic Arts folder.
If the game works without your CC and mods in, your issue is probably caused by a broken mod or CC.
You can find a full list of broken/incompatible CC and mods since the Seasons expansion pack over here:
https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/941998/broken-updated-mods-seasons-june-2018-patch

If it still doesn't work I suggest taking out half of your mods and CC and testing the game. Then keep splitting until you find all that is broken.
Either update or remove the broken CC/mods.

I'm having a problem with the cc hair, not the Maxis hair, let's just forget about the two other problems those are not important anymore. I have this problem with almost all of my hair and  I've had it for a while, but I didn't always have it it just showed up one day after some cc shopping. It must have something to do with my game, right?
