Since the patch, when I try to send a sim to University, the world never loads.

Since patch 1.69, when I try to send a sim to University, the University world never loads. I've rebooted, reinstalled Sims 3 and Sims 3 University. I've removed all cc and mods with no change.

@Sakja123 have you tried repairing the game? To repair the game right click the Sims 3 game tile in Origin client and select 'Repair Game'.
