Sims4 wont open

I am on Pc and have tried just about everything. I completely redownloaded origin and the game, cleared my cache, tried to repair in origin, and still it won't work. When I press the launcher it does nothing and when i press play in origin it responds but nothing opens.

@nichend Did you uninstall the game fist? Did you use a registry cleaner like ccleaner (there is a free version) before installing the game again? Did you move the game user data out of the game folder before installing the game. Did the game ever run correctly? does your computer meet minimum requirements?
