Sims4 won’t install

My sims4 won’t install I uninstalled orgin and reinstalled it and nothing worked then I restarted my pc and still nothing any ideas?

Okay I performed a DxDiag can you tell me how to attach it I'm new to doing this so I don't know how sorry

In the compose window at the bottom you see a paperclip beside it is a button that says "Choose File". Click on that.
