Sims4 will not install / email fail

Sorry first part of the problem solved, but the progress is only to a new problem

## ok for some weird reason it sent me a new email.. and the link lead to >thank you, email confirmed. <<

BUT when i put in disc 2 it leads to pictures options, how to view pictures. there is no auto play function

when i use my computer to explore the disc it just views pictures.

When I put disc one back in it leads to this

>> Sorry but Origin is currently using that folder for another operation. Please try again later. <<

got that yesterday.

SOLVED

Reading around these forums , i tried some randomly selected solutions. Soft resart fixed it, somehow.

Do you put disc 2 in when you are prompted to do so ?

Would downloading be an alternative for you ?
