I got Sims4 about a month ago. Everything installed and worked fine. I played three times without issue. Yesterday when I was logging into Origin I got a message Origin needed to be updated. The update ran without any error messages and when I went to My Games, Sims4 was there. I clicked on it to play and it started to load. After the MAXIS logo the diamond starts to move around the screen and then freezes and a message pops up stating Sims4 has stopped working. I have run a repair, uninstalled and reinstall both Origin and Sims4, and turned off my firewal but I continue to get the same issue. Does any one have any ideas?
