I purchased several of the games from Origin so I have to run it through them. With the last update, when I click on Launcher (which then opens Origin), I get the window asking if I want my computer changed (stupid Win10) and then a box opens with a thin black strip and Origin on the top and everything whited out. Nothing happens after that.
Of course I can go at it from another direction but this is the shortcut I've been using and have. Anyone else experiencing this?

@columbia93 Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If these steps don't help, please run a dxdiag and attach the results to a post here.

I've gone the hard route. Not sure if it will work because, although it says it will redownload all my games, it only redownloaded 4 of the tiny games. No Sims, Spore, and others that I'd had to contact Origin about when I bought this computer in order to have THEM install from their end. So, this will take hours.
Off to (obviously) download the Sims 3 first.
Done and done. Seems to work now .... until the next time!
Thx!
