Sims3 Dragon Valley wont install.

I have installed the bonus content off the website, but when I put the disc into my PC it goes through installation yet doesn't come up with the screen for the serial number.. its says it has finished installing yet has even come up with the screen that loads to install and then once it says its finished the Sims3 launcher says "Product not found"
Please help?

The disc installation process skips over instead of installing

Not sure what's up with that but try to redeem your code in the store and download from your purchase history instead.

also once you download and install your world it will be in the main menu+new game to select the world to play in you will still play from what ever game you normally play from
