Sims will not open after downloading realm of magic.

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? no clue
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? a bunch.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? i click on the game, and it will load for a minute and then will minimize itself and when i click on it again the screen is completely white and wont load anymore.
What do you expect to see? the game??
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i downloaded realm of magic

i dont really know what to do. i found another similar post here, and i deleted all  of my mods and i deleted the cache folders like somebody suggested. i completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I repaired it twice. I just want to play my game.

@HannahC974914   Make sure your computer meets the requirements of the game. See the stickies in this section of the forum.

Make a brand new folder as described here:

Don't move over your old files before testing to see if the game works in the new folder.

Disable Origin In-Game, both in Origin application, as well on the Sims 4 icon in My Game Library.

Play in Windowed mode.
