Sims store.

Just got a new pc and when I was downloading everything off sims store (Clothes, Towns ect..) 

It told me that I don't own a few of the more expensive things that i've bought, how do I fix this without having to sit on the phone with EA for an hour?

Have you checked in your purchase history in the Store if the content you are missing is showing there? You can find the Purchase history page here: http://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

If that doesn't help, could you tell me a couple of examples of the content you are missing?
