Sims packs removed after installing VPC [ Edited ]

I have Origin Access which enables me to play Sims. I purchased a number of expansion pack however after installing VPN on my compute all of my purchases were removed. I believe this was in order to prevent hacking or something? Anyway, I have all of my receipts to prove my purchases so can I please get assistance in returning my games

I have reinstalled both sims and origins correctly but still not working

And I believe all my data is removed.. my like 100 hours of gameplay

If some one could please help me restore my data and return packs I paid for that would be much appreciated
