Sims not working

Hi! Alote of things doesn't work in the game.

* can't save or upload sims in library 

* only graphics shows in setting 

* can only press the play button, nothing happens when I press load game, be game or the library 

I have tried to repair, removed all my cc and mods and added new ones I checked before adding and check the ones i have so that they are uptaded and not broken.

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
