Sims looking completly different after putting them in the world

Hello, so I have been having this problem in my gameplay. So I made these two sims that I decided to put in my world, but something happens JUST WITH THESE TWO SIMS THAT I MADE, when I put them into the world they look the same, but like the next day when I get on the sims they look completely different, they look more like the sims that the game makes, but still with the same clothing/hairstyles etc, it just happens with them, and idk what is going on. Help. Please.
Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

Could you try without to see if you can duplicate on a vanilla game ?
Can't take reports on modded games.
