Sims in most recent save prior to update have no hair & some no shirt

When I sign back into Sims 4 after the update & enable my Mods & CC, my female Sims I was most recently playing, are bald. None of the females in that same town where I was playing last night have their CC hair. I honestly didn't realize I use that much CC hair, but I guess I do. Also some of these same females don't have tops on that must have been CC. There are like 4 females in one of the houses & I don't feel like redressing them all. Is there some other way of easily fixing this? I assume all their CC outfits are gone too. My Strangerville is fine and I played that last night, but this was the last household & area I played, which was in Del Sol. Please help.

Were those CC items. Did you remember to reenable Mods and CC after the Patch?
