yes i did and i got the same error code I have attached the Dxdiag

@TigerReesePieces  Your dxdiag lists a number of Windowd update failures.  While these shouldn't directly influence SDX downloads, there could be a common underlying issue, and at any rate, it's a good idea to clean up those errors.  So please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:

• Hit Windows key-X
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
• Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
• Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
• Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.  Then test with a(nother) clean Sims 4 folder.

Okay, but how do we fix this issue if we have it?

VPN can also cause issues.

So the second had some corrupt files about to restart my computer fingers crossed

So no additional updates I did start a new folder and i even uninstalled origin and tried through the EA App same error

@TigerReesePieces  If you use a third-party antivirus, please try disabling it, at least long enough to test.  If that helps, you can try setting exceptions for Origin.exe and TS4_x64.exe.  Also, if you do use a third-party program, please let me know which one; I'd like to see whether you and the other affected players have some software in common.

Here again, if it helps, you can reenable it and set the relevant exceptions, but it's important to test with it completely disabled first.

I dont use any third party software for anti-virus just windows security and my controlled folders are turned off.

@TigerReesePieces  Can you try using your phone as a mobile hotspot?  (Make sure it's using data, not your home wifi.)  If there's an issue with your network, this should help.  And if you'd prefer not to use your phone's data, you can take your laptop to a location with public wifi and try it there.
