Sims continue to receive 'Chilled' moodlet when indoors

★ Guide

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except MFPS
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sim inside anywhere while it's cold outside.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will receive the 'Chilled' moodlet even though they are inside.
What do you expect to see? Sims to not receive the 'Chilled' moodlet when in an enclosed area.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This happens with the current split level hack we use as well but I believe that's just for the programming. (The sim shown does have the 'Chilled' moodlet)

Yes, I believe I set it to warmer but I'm not absolutely positive. I'll check.

It was not set so I went ahead and set it to warmer, seems to have fixed the issue. The weird part is that it showed that putting the temperature to colder raised the power bill as well. Don't know if that's supposed to happen or not.

For me in winter it said it would lower the bills. It will probably raise the bills in Summer would be my guess so maybe yours is confused ?

Probably. Then again, I am at the end of fall where it's snowing so that might also be why

I am having this issue as well but I do have a thermostat and it's set to warm.  I've sold and re-bought the thermostat, as I've been told they can be buggy.  When my sim turns it off and back on, things seem okay for a while but then it gets cold again.  Not a huge deal if they're in their winter stuff...but they're cold in bed while sleeping too and won't sleep in winter stuff.

UPDATE: After a few updates, it's no longer having the issue.
