Sims cannot use computers [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs and stuff packs. No kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just click the computer and try to use it
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim acts like she cannot get to the computer. There is nothing in the way, I moved everything away, placed it outside in the yard. Still act like she cannot use it.
What do you expect to see? My sim should be able to use the computer
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I do use CC and I removed them...still the same.

I try and tell my sim to use the computer, but she waves her arm in the air and has ?? and an X over them and acts like she cannot get to it, or use it. I move items off the desk, out of the room...heck... I MOVED THE WHOLE DESK OUTSIDE!!

I even tried a laptop, still the same.

I did also tried to repair my game through origin...nothing

Actually yes...I am. Hold on let me see if that will fix it
