Sims are unable to go through Snowy Escape door

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place down the low-wall height double sliding door (the one that should open and close) for any room. I haven't tried any other lot, but the issue is happening on the 20x15 starter home lot in the middle district in Mt. Komorebi.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims say they cannot walk through the door because it is locked, even though it is unlocked.
What do you expect to see? Sims should be able to walk through the door when unlocked.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. When I downloaded Snowy Escape.

I know there's the other option where the door is an archway, but I'm unsure as to if that means that the one door is forever closed while the other is forever open.

Did you change anything about the house ? Any pictures ?

Sorry that I took so long to reply, but the issue seems to have been fixed from the latest patch.
