Sims Points

I just purchased 1000 Sim Points but when I try to use my points in the store to make a purchase it tells me I don't have any points.  What's going on?

@phoenixraine72  Just to be sure, you're definitely trying to buy something that costs less than 1,000 points, right?  Does your point total show up correctly across the top of the screen?  If not, try clearing your browser cache and signing back in.

If the above doesn't help, please try a different browser.  I've never had any issues with Firefox.
