Sims 4

I go to orgin for sims 4 that I already purchased I click play on orgin and I click launch orgin and it says no results found for this filtering which is orgin2. So I try and download orgin and it starts downloading then when it's done it says to get this app you'll need to switch out of S mode. So I click get apps from store but I can't find where to turn of the S on the Microsoft store and when I look up Sims 4 in Microsoft store I go to available on all devices and I click standard sims 4 that I already bought it says I have to pay for it again when I already paid for it.

Once you're running Windows 10 Home, restart your computer, then try to download Origin again.  When it's installed, sign into the account that bought Sims 4, open your Origin game library, and click on the Sims 4 icon to download.
