Sims 4!

When I'm playing sims 4 it will pop up that it has stopped working and I will be notified when a solution has been found, but there is never a solution found.. I'm getting really annoyed at this stage could you help please?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

Your computer isn't made to game on, did it ever run smoothly? Try lowering your graphic settings a bit.

Give updating your graphics drive a try:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com

And keep your screenshots folder as clean as possible.
