I purchased the download version for my daughter and downloaded the game on a laptop. We tried several times yesterday for her to play the game and nothing would happen when she clicked play. Today we have tried again and noticed that although the game is in the my games section it is not brightly lit up, it is faded and we have to hover for play to show up and still nothing when it is clicked on. So, there is no error because it does nothing.
Also, tried going through the help platform and am told we can only be helped by phone, but no phone number is provided! Does anyone know how to reach these people by phone?
