Hi, my laptop is out of storage and when I tried to free some up I think I accidentally deleted sims files because when I try to open a game, the app freezes in the loading screen with the little spinning gem. Also, I have a lot of expansion packs including pets and when I go to create a sim I can’t see my pets even though there’s a profile for them. I want to either delete and redownload origin and the sims or just get a new laptop anyway for many other reasons. But I don’t want to lose all the money I spent on expansion packs and time I spent on each world. If I delete the sims and reinstall origin, will everything still be saved under my account?

@livsload  Your Origin account owns your game and packs, so yes, if you uninstall, everything will be saved and available the next time you want to install, on this computer or a different one.

In the interim, you can try clearing Origin's cache:

and repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
