When I play the game I'm not able to click on the ground for where my sims can go and I can't click objects. I know It's not a mouse problem becaue I've tried to play with multiple mouses.

Try reinstalling your mouse drivers anyways.

What kind of mouse did you try ? Is it a laptop or desktop computer ?
