Sims 4 wont start

For a couple of days now my sims 4 wont start , it gets stuck on the white screen with the logo after the EA and Maxis logos . I’ve tried repairing and updating the game but not uninstalling it because im not sure what is going to happen when i do that . There are no errors that shows up or anything like that .

I was but i deleted them , then i went to EA support so my game is working now

Do you play with any mods/cc installed?

I was but i deleted them , then i went to EA support so my game is working now
