Sims 4 wont start up after instalization (no errors)

So i've downloaded and installed The Sims 4 today. (It's the collectors edition). I press play on the game/in origin and on the desktop icon, but nothing happens... No error message comes up, nothing comes up not even the game! I don't understand why? The game is installed and i press play but nothing happens... Someone help please? is anyone else having this problem?

i paid like 80 something for this game so it better work i'm gonna go abso nuts on these stupid game makers or who evers in charge! It's sooo annoying SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS F*CKING WRONG!!!
