Sims 4 wont start / goes on white screen after opening title [ Edited ]

What happened:

After opening sims, the usual opening title that shows the sims 4 logo it will head directly on the loading screen (where the gem/diamond is spinning)

Then straight to the main menu, except this time, it shows a blank white screen.

Attached below is the DxDiag of my laptop, please help 

EDIT:

I tried doing the answer that I saw on other peoples questions as well but so far none of them worked:

- Deleting options.ini from Sims 4 File

- Right click game >> Properties >> Compatibility>> (etc)

- I FIXED IT -

I just moved my mods to other folders and it worked I guess its time to recheck/double check my mods but yeaH -
