I have a Toshiba laptop that runs with windows 8.1
i got it late last year and it exceeds all the minimum requirements for the sims 4
Yet i could not fully load the demo nor the game
the game often gives me an error and doesnt open
whereas the Demo opened to the extent that it reached the video that plays just before you actually got to make the sims.
I used your 'can you run this' option on your Sims site and it says that the reason i cant run the game is because i have windows 8.1 but the game says that it will run on 8,1...
so i'm rather confused to be honest.
I have installed the updates and am not sure what else to do
I will try ininstalling Origin as well as the game to see if anything changes
but can you give me any further advice on the matter?
