Sims 4 wont open in new pc

So, Um Hi.

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this (Technical Issues). 

So, my laptop broke about a week ago. Wouldnt turn on and such. So today I tried TS4 In another pc. Downloaded it and everything. It just wont open. 

I've tried opening Origin as an administrator and the Sims too. I'm losing my patience as I've had the same problem in this pc before. 

First time I tried installing it, it wouldnt open either so I tried repairing it, uninstalling it. 

Oh, and the 'Play' button is ALWAYS Orange.

Try deleting your Origin cache or repair the game by right clicking on the game on the Origin client

If that doesn't help, are you getting any kind of error ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
