Run as Administrator didn't work for me.

I'll try to give me more details about this issue. I'm not sure which patch this started happening.

I've tried disabling antivirus and firewall.

In my case, the gallery works just fine, but after some time passes, or some action during browsing, it disconnects and asks me if I want to Connect or Stay Offline, and when I try to connect, it gives me the "Unable to go online" dialog box. If I go back into Live mode and play for a bit, I can connect temporarily to the gallery again.

All the while, Origin remains connected.

I'm on a macbook pro and the option run as administrator isn't there? I've always been able to access the gallery, but now it says that 'One or more of the SimsTM online services is currently offline. try again later'?
