Sims 4 won't start

Since I have updated Origin, the Sims 4 doesn't start, neither does Origin. I try to start them but it shows like 3 seconds of loading then nothing happens. Fix this please, because I didn't buy Sims 4 to not be able to play with it!

Try reinstalling Origin.
