Sims 4 won’t save (pc)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Get Together, Vampires, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Vintage Glamour, Moschino, Tiny living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Saving the game every so often
What happens when the bug occurs? When the save button is clicked it goes back to the game. No error messages are shown. If you click save as and make a new save file it will do the same. It will also do the same when clicking save and exit. The game won’t close unless u click the exit Button rather than save and exit. This doesn’t always happen but after I have been playing for a while and then save it may happen.
What do you expect to see? The save screen should appear.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updating to the June 4th update.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I'm having the same problem in my game, except it shows the message "error saving the game"

I’ve tried but I found that the problem is with the proprietors square lot in windenburg. It only seems to not save there. Also I’ve updated to the latest update and I’m still having the same issue

I'm thinking it's an update bug and we have to wait for another update to fix it
