Sims 4 won't open

Every time I want to play sims and i try to open it, it doesn't work. I run it as administration and it says that only one instance of origin can run at a time and to check my other windows accounts, so I do, and origin is never on on them and once I get back it miraculously works. I would rather not spend the time going to the other accounts. Is their a way to make it so this doesn't happen?

is the other windows account active too when you play or do you log out of the other windows accounts ?

I would make sure that Origin does not automatically open with Windows. and always close it before you switch accounts.

I know you said it wasn't running but did you check the task manager or the task bar ?
