Sims 4 won't open

my sims 4 won't open. i looked everything up. i have no mods/cc installed either. i cant uninstall the game either. i have tried the repair option but it won't do anything. i've also restarted my pc. please help?

@aalliexd  When you say you can't uninstall, do you have the option, and if so, what happens when you try to use it?  You don't need to do this; I'm just curious if you've done so already.  What happens when you try to repair?  Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
