Sims 4 won't load?

I just downloaded Cats and Dogs and my gane won't load UNLESS I remove the mods folder! How can I find out what mod or CC is causing this?

@KaleaTheSimster You wrongly placed this thread in the Starwars Battlefront II section so I moved it to the Sims section.

Add mods/CC back a little at a time and test to see if it works. Continue until you have found all that are broken.
