Sims 4 won't load

Hello, I'm here to complain about a problem with Sims 4.I reinstalled the Sims 4 today, because it was already messing up with launching. The Sims would have the play button all whited out. Then, the loading stops, and goes back to normal! So, I decided to reinstall, but when I open the Sims, a message appears saying

"Unable to Start

The Sims is already running

[ed35ea:29f00e00000000:18a1dd5]"

I'm not sure why and I'm not sure how, but I'm very annoyed with this problem. Please hurry to fix!

Did you uninstall the game first? Did you run ccleaner after the uninstall? Is your computer a pc or Mac?

No, not really but I appreciate the information. I will get back to you on that though, and  I will try one more time.
