Sims 4 won’t load saved game

My sims 4 won’t load my saved game. When I click ‘load game’ it goes into this page and I can’t do anything else but look at the packs. Not sure what’s happened.

@kylapotaka309  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.
