Sims 4 won't launch

My SIms 4 will not launch. I have repaired the game, removed my mods, put the mods back and run a conflict detector and have both restarted my computer and done a clean reboot of the computer as well.

So it doesn't even start without mods ?

What's the actual symptoms you're seeing ? What happens ? Where does it not load ? Nothing happening ? Endless loading screen ?
