Sims 4 won't launch on PC

I got a the Sims 4 game a couple months ago, I have a Lenovo laptop that has Windows 10 Home on it and when I try to launch the game it says I need to upgrade to Windows 7, 8.1 or 10... Someone else says they can run it on the same Windows, so I don't understand why it says I'm not
