I have been having issues starting my Sims 4 all afternoon today. It started with the game freezing on the loading screen. At that point I tried moving the Sims 4 folder to my desktop per other threads and relaunching, but still encountered the same issue. Next, I tried to repair the game but was unable to wait the 10 hours it said it was going to take, so I completed a fresh install of the game. Now, after the fresh install, the saves are no longer accessible in the game and I am encountering the freezing issues once again. Is there anything I can do, or am I completely out the 110 hours I have put in?
I'm playing on a Windows 10 PC and have no custom content in the game, only the official expansions and stuff packs.
