• Every time I download the game it goes through finalization and then gives an error. What should I do?

For now:
Please, clear Origin Cache - https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
If it will not work:
Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer
https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/
and install again
http://origin.com/download
