Sims 4 white screen [ Edited ]

 Hello. Whenever I open the sims 4 everything is fine until the title screen, where it turns completely white and stops working. I've tried deleting mods and cc, repairing the game, but nothing has helped. I know i need my dxdiag info or something like that, and i have it, but I don't have anyone who can tell me if there's something wrong. Could anyone help me? Thanks

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers and turning off Origin in-game?

Turn off Origin In-Game:
Open Origin, Select Origin > Application Settings > Origin In Game tab and click the on/off switch to disable Origin In Game. - This deactivates Origin In-Game, as it has been known to cause problems with games.

Restart the computer, to help the computer refresh itself, and try launching the game again.

Your graphics driver is very old. try updating it.
